MBD is a premium brand born from our travels, that caters to an international and diverse audience of women, and men, who share a love for dressing up, wearing colourful and opulent statement pieces and who are strong believers that less is a bore.

We are committed to providing you with garments that are sustainable and of the highest quality.
We select only the best organic silk or recycled fabrics to make our garments.
The fabrics come from Como, Italy, the most famous zone for silk and printing on silk.
All our garments are then produced in limited quantities in small ateliers in Como and Bologna, Italy.

All our prints are exclusive, and the result of an artistic collaboration with artists.
For our first city collection, The Lagos Edition, Lagos has been our muse.
We have explored this city we once called home through our collaboration with Nigerian artist and illustrator Yega, an artistic exchange which yielded seven paintings, later turned into exclusive prints.
Our latest collection, the Marrakech Collection is a tribute to a place of deep inspiration, and captures the essence of Morocco through art, culture, and timeless elegance.
Created in collaboration with Moroccan artist Omar Mahfoudi, the collection featuresthree exclusive prints, The Blue Oasis, The Desert, and The Orange Tree, each telling a story ofsolitude, nostalgia, and the beauty of Moroccan landscapes.
Designed with fluid silhouettes and luxurious fabrics, the collection embodies the effortless sophistication of a city where tradition and modernity meet.
