When “the User” (any person accessing the website) sends an email to the Company MBD using the “contact” form, he/she declares and assures that he/she is fully aware of all the present legal conditions -  that is to say the legal notice, the privacy policy, the cookies policy and all regulations mentioned on the website.

The User of the website has a private but non exclusive use of the Site. The Company declares doing everything possible to provide the Users with an optimal access to the Site, except in case of Force Majeure or other events beyond its control and outside of maintenance sessions and possible breakdowns.

The company cannot be made accountable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from a fraudulent interference of a third party, causing modifications to the information on the Site or any damage caused by accessing the website, or the inability to access it.
